On Saturday, 7.12.2024 at 7 p.m., in Munich’s St. Maximilian Church, as part of a benefit concert for a Caritas project in Jerusalem, parts of J.S.Bach’s ‘Christmas Oratorio’ will be presented, along with two elaborations for baroque choir and orchestra of the Mendelssohn melody ‘Hark the Herald angels sing’ and the German Lied ‘Macht hoch die Tür’.
The performance will be given by the MaxChor and the Ensemble Lodron orchestra from Munich under the baton of Gerald Häußler.
