During the solemn Mass of St. Sylvester and the traditional concert to follow, some original compositions by Lucio Mosè Benaglia are performed. During the Holy Mass a new elaboration for assembly, choir and orchestra of the Lied O du fröhliche is also performed. In concert the chamber lied Von guten Mächten and the Suite Sehnsucht nach Weihnachten are performed on traditional German Christmas melodies.
