Typical choral of the nineteenth century tradition suitable for the Easter celebrations in a beautiful harmonization of Max Eham revisited instrumentally in a crescendo to the last verse, with the orchestral all and the counterchant of the first trumpet. The improvisation of the prelude to the choral in the attached audio is by the organist Hans Stockmeier.
