[vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column][vc_column_text]On Sunday 26 December 2021 at 10.30 a.m. during the Christmas Mass in the Maximilianskirche in Munich there will be a performance of some elaborations for assembly, choir and orchestra of some songs of the Gotteslob: “Nun freut euch ihr Christen”, “Zu Betlehem geboren” and “In dulci jubilo” specially prepared by Lucio Mos\u00e8 Benaglia for the Mass which will be accompanied by elements of the Staatsoper Munich. Alois Rotteneicher will play at the organ. Gerald H\u00e4u\u00dfler will be the artistic director.<\/p>\n
These works came about as part of a scholarship programme awarded by the German Ministry of Art and Culture to encourage compositional works dedicated to small ensembles, more suitable for performance in these pandemic times.<\/p>\n
